Hi, I'm Molly

Here’s a little bit about me. I graduated from The French Culinary Institute with a degree in Pastry Arts, and soon after, I began my baking career at the 3 Michelin star restaurant Jean-Georges. After a brief exploration of wedding cakes at Ron Ben Israel Cakes, I found my way into food media at Martha Stewart Living as a food stylist, recipe developer, and segment producer for her tv show Martha Bakes. During my 7 year tenure, I contributed to cookbooks, hosted a web series called Frosted, and took on a lot of personal projects for the queen herself.
When I wasn’t with Martha, you could find me styling at The Today Show.

Today I'm a trusted food stylist for editorial and commercial media, culinary producer, and now, official cookie chef. Oh, and I occasionally moonlight as a private chef in Los Angeles, New York City, The Hamptons, Maine, and Nantucket- in case you need me :)

My mom and grandmother taught me how to cook as soon as I could hold a whisk. My favorite place has always been a kitchen, surrounded by beautiful food and the people I love. I’m thrilled to share my bakes with you now, and look forward to making sweet connections with all of you.
