We note major allergens on each product page. All items are produced in a facility that handles nuts, flours, and general allergy products. Reach out to us with specific questions.

How are they packaged?

Standard packaging:

  • All items are individually wrapped and carefully placed in a sturdy shopping bag for easy transport.

Gift wrapping:

  • Cookies are individually wrapped and placed in a beautiful magnetic-close laminated box. Includes tissue paper and satin ribbon.

How long will my order stay fresh?

All products will stay fresh for longest when kept sealed in an airtight container, and in a temperate environment.


  • best enjoyed within 3-5 days from delivery. If you happen to have any leftovers, you can freeze your cookies in a sealed bag or container.

What’s the best way to store my order?

All products are best kept in sealed, airtight containers. Tinned products are best kept in the packaging they arrive in.

If you somehow don’t devour the cookies within a few days, you can freeze any left over. To reheat, just pop them in a 350 degree oven for a few minutes until slightly warmed.

How are your products made? What kind of ingredients do you use?

Our products are made by hand in small batches using high quality and organic ingredients whenever possible. Some of our favorite purveyors whose products we use are King Arthur flour, Bob's Red Mill, Kerry Gold Butter, Burlap & Barrel Spices, Nuts.com, Nielsen-Massey Vanilla, and Valrhona Chocolate to name a few.

We're sorry you are having a frustrating checkout experience. If you are having issues placing an order for any reason, please email us your order and we'll invoice you a more old fashioned way . When will I receive my order?

To ensure you are getting the best quality products, we only offer delivery two days a week, because we know there’s nothing better than a freshly baked cookie.
